I felt that the service given to me was extremely ridiculous..

I went to the bank to get my Debit Card replaced.. This lady behind the counter told me she would need to retain my card for the replacement.. It was all fine..

She asked for my Identicifation Card as well as the Debit Card and filled up a form.. She then asks for my singature and after I signed the form she told me it was different than the one she has on the system.. I told her that it's the only sigature I have and she said that the signature she has in the system was longer.. So I took some time to think if I actually signed a different signature but I insisted that what I gave was the signature..

So this other lady told me to see my own signature and replicate it.. GUESS WHAT.. My siganture is very cursive and very close together and I was kinda missing one stroke in there..

She made me signed twice more before choosing the most accurate one (all 3 signatures looks the same)..

Now what I find ridiculous was:

1) She has my FULL NAME, NRIC number as well as my FULL ADDRESS as my 11B was with her. My 11B even has my FACE PICTURE.

2) She has full access to my Account (which includes my FULL NAME, NRIC number and FULL ADDRESS). As well as the Savings Acc number and the link from my Debit Card to the savings Account.

I have NO IDEA why she still insists that my signature must be as close as what she has in the system..

HELLO?!?!? CANNOT SEE MY FACE IS IT? MY FACE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS IN MY 11B IS IT? MY NRIC NUMBER DIFFERENT IS IT? MY FULL NAME DIFFERENT IS IT?? MY ADDRESS DIFFERENT IS IT???

nb.. I go over to malaysia at the Customs they don't even ask ridiculous questions ar please... They don't ask me to do ridiculous thing ar please.. They see the face same, the name same they allow to pass through liao ar.. You so mahfan for what?? I know banks are not doingso well lah..

I should be scared even more cuz you guys might take my money just like HIGHNOTES.. Take people money but cannot pay back...
